4. Photocopy of attested copy of Appointment Release dated 1824, Caleb Heginbotham to Charles Walmsley.

1. Deeds and legal papers re sale of Ernocroft Estate by Baron Howard of Glossop to the Greer Family (1921-25); conveyances of plots of land from the Ernocroft Estate (1929-30), eventually becoming Belmont Drive, Compstall; details of ground rents payable in year 2000;
census information on the Greer family.
2. Material relating to conveyancing of land on Stockport Rd - part of Marple Hall Estate -, houses eventually built on Isherwood Dr (1930-1968); marriage and death certificates relating to Greer family (1874-1968); documents relating to land on Hollins Lane, Marple Bridge (1904-1926).
