Copy of Black Horse Estate Agent's details for the Sale of Wybersley Hall and a further 10 acres of land, auction to be held on 12th July 1988 at The Rams Head, DIsley.
Lot 1. The property, a Grade II listed building, part of which extended beneath the first floor of the adjoining farmhouse, included a main hall, three reception rooms, kitchen and scullery and six bedrooms. A warning was given that the buildings were in a most dangerous condition.
Lot 2. 10 acres of grazing land, subject to an agricultural tenancy at an annual rent of £200.
